We have completed the move to a new hosting company. We're also rebuilding our backend system. In the next few weeks our editors will begin working through the backlog of work. When the backlog is cleared, then we'll start working on the submission process.

Scandinavian Netjournal of the Sociology of Law

By starting this netjournal we intend to present a medium which contribute to fast scientific discourse as well as present the ongoing discourses of Scandinavian sociology of law at an international arena. We will have no claim that the presented essays online will be brought forward as substantially developed analysis. On the contrary, by presenting prematurely works, the discourse will proceed in order to scrutinise and improve the reasoning and the analysis. Perhaps this discourse will bring about new perspectives. Notwithstanding, we still appreciate and trust in the value of ordinary publications in socio-legal journals such as the Journal of Law and Society, Law & Society Review, Social-Legal Studies and International Journal of Sociology of Law. Nevertheless, a journal online might initiate discourses and short publications which will, in turn, lead to substantial articles put forward to the editorial boards of the socio-legal journals. Naturally, the ordinary mod!
