We have completed the move to a new hosting company. We're also rebuilding our backend system. In the next few weeks our editors will begin working through the backlog of work. When the backlog is cleared, then we'll start working on the submission process.

Outer Shell

Outer Shell, originated in 1984, offers its readers "OTHER Music and Views." OS covers various genres of music from the 50s to the 90s, with its articles, comments, reviews, and interviews. Readers' comments and writings are invited. Outer Shell is also the Rubber Rodeo "connection" for fans of the 80s band.
