Manic's Dance Letter was designed for both the manic depressed/bipolar/depressive 'dancers' as well as the family/loved ones at their sides. We provide theme issues once per month with departments such as 'Mood Foods' ...and offer meditations, quotes, updates/news, support, ideas and more. Uplifting/different and very popular!
