Speculative and Dark Fiction

A web-only, freelance magazine of SF, Fantasy, and Horror that pays professional rates to accepted authors and is the first Web fiction magazine to be listed as a SF/F/H market in Writer's Market. All the fiction is free to readers. Outside:S&DF is actively seeking submissions of top-quality tightly-plotted, character-driven fiction to 4500 words. Guidelines are available on the site. Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror, and Dark Fiction. Professional quality of the story comes first (character-centered, plot driven, original, fresh). Genre comes second within the above broad orientation. We have readers in over 50 countries around the world -- a growing community.
