An e-zine by the editors of 'Rebeat,' a free newsprint zine that, by design, self-destructed in 4 issues published over 2 years. 'webbeat '99,' like its predecessor, is designed to vanish from the web new year's eve, 1999. It is being produced on an iMac by fledgling computer artists & publishers, sloy & nic.
