The Xbase Files is a bi-monthly e-zine and conference center dedicated to software developers. We cover all the popular languages such as C++, Java, Delphi, dBASE2000, Clipper, Xbase++, Visual Objects and Visual Basic. We also talk about general development issues and topics such as OOPs, the Internet, e-commerce and the Y2k problem.
