We have completed the move to a new hosting company. We're also rebuilding our backend system. In the next few weeks our editors will begin working through the backlog of work. When the backlog is cleared, then we'll start working on the submission process.

Janus Head

Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies in Literature, Continental Philosophy, Phenomenological Psychology, and the Arts

Janus Head is a free on-line journal on the topics of literature, continental philosophy, phenomenological psychology, and the arts. The journal aims to be a threshold by which scholars may enter a world in which they may be heard and dialogue among one another. Our underlying project with Janus Head strives toward maintaining an attitude of respect and openness to the various manifestations of truth in human experience and an attitude which also fosters understanding through meditative thinking, narrative structure, and poetic imagination.

Submission Guidelines
Submissions should be no longer than 30-35 pages typed, double-space. Authors should include their email address if possible. There is no format requirement (e.g. APA, MLA, etc.) due to the HTML conversion of word processing documents. Unsolicited manuscripts are welcome, so long as they adhere to the Janus Head theme. We are also looking for poetry and art, aside from academic essays. Any other questions regarding submissions may be directed via email to Brent Dean Robbins at bdeanrob@sgi.net.
