Leading Companies is the only on-line magazine covering employee ownership, equity compensation and related information for today's entrepreneurs, key executives and professional service provider. Each monthly issue features: a profile of a business leader who is doing an exceptional job at motivating employees through employee ownership; briefcase study of an company which has an outstanding employee ownership culture; trends in all areas of employee ownership, including international issues and privatization; tips on how to successfully use employee ownership to recruit, motivate and retain bright employees; and a calendar of events covering related issues. Leading Companies is offered as a free publication by the Foundation for Enterprise Development, a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping companies achieve optimal performance through employee ownership strategies.
