News & Updates

March 7, 2005
We have completed the move to a new hosting company. We're also rebuilding our backend system. In the next few weeks our editors will begin working through the backlog of work. When the backlog is cleared, then we'll start working on the submission process.

Sneer

Read it and weep...

Sneer is a queerzine that breaks all the boundaries of taste, humor and taboo. Everything from reviews to music reviews, diverse queer culture to hideous advice. Keep that hate-mail rolling in! Three issues available: Jan/Feb, March/June, and July-November

Submission Guidelines
Guidelines: 1) talented writing comes first. 2) Strong, surly opinions and humor come next. 3) Anything typically queer will not get published. Meaning that all material utilized by mainstream gay media will not even be blinked at. We want DIFFERENT, NEW, FRESH content. Unless you are making fun of something held dear to mainstream queers everywhere don't bother writing about it. 4) We accept all artwork and give credit to the owner. 5)If you have a personal webpage, photo, and/or email address you want to accompany your article, please include that. 6) If there are any events in your area or anything worthwhile talking about that may need recognition, we DEMAND you send it to us. We are going to start an "coming events" section. 7) We publish every 2 months. We contact all those who will be printed with an email letter. Additional information can be found on our page by clicking the SNEER logo. Other comments: We publish on the web ever 2 months, around the 21st.
