The Black music industry from the inside out. Kevin Ross the editor has worked in the music industry for the past 13 years. He put the magazine together 3 years ago. This was done because he was frustrated with the lack of honest publication resources in the industry so he started his own publication to talk about taboo subjects and to create an open forum for others in the industry who were frustrated.
