A monthly newsletter for people in business who want to make their web sites easy to understand and use. Best practices; critiques of well-made ecommerce sites; content architecture issues; misconceptions about the Web re-examined; recommendations for further reading; elements of good web style; jargon watch. Subscribers receive an email "alert" when each new issue is posted at ronscheer.com. Alerts contain brief summaries of newsletter items and a direct link to the site.
