A magazine that examines securitization and structured finance transactions. Articles examine the structure and legal framework of securitization transactions. Each issue will be composed of research and analysis written by financial engineers, legal experts and accountants in the field of securitization and asset backed finance. The Securitization Conduit will focus on how value can be derived from the securitization process.
