This is a free financial newsletter publication called "Buyer BeAware" published twice monthly. It's for every money spending, credit card carrying, credit seeking, check writing, banking consumer interested in receiving up-to-date, legally correct information, examples and answers to questions concerning all areas of personal credit (i.e. credit cards, re-establishment, divorce, disputes, bill collectors, laws, credit disputes, etc.), personal privacy issues, and legal self-help help (i.e. wills, living trusts, durable power-of-attorney, probate, lawsuit and asset protection, etc.). If you're a consumer who wants correct simplified answers to help them understand, protect, and control the complex and stressful issues of life, your in the right place. All information given is legally correct and to the point with articles, questions & answers, and actual life examples to learn from.

Articles must be consumer focused, and must be subject specific in areas of privacy, financial understanding, family economy, debt counselling, consumer education, or personal credit. We do not pay for material, but will give full exposure and link back to the contributing author. Articles may be of any length. Concerns and questions will be immediately addressed.
